Randy Oakley

Since 1987, Randy has dedicated himself to improving the quality of other people’s lives. Learning from some of the most successful individuals in the world through the personal coaching models, traditional education, literature, workshops, he has simplified the core distinctions and strategies that can be applied immediately to measurably improve the quality of others’ lives. Randy’s ideas are transformational through the Tatori Method which leads individuals through the power of choice in their lives.

As an executive business coach, Randy has worked with small startups to international multi-billion dollar companies.

Currently, Randy serves as the Board President for Atlas Life, an international life coaching model for young adults. Atlas Life has had locations in Oregon, California, Utah, Massachusetts, Puerto Rico, and Portugal. Randy started Atlas Life, with intention and passion to fill an ever-widening void in the education, life skills, grit, resiliency and personal clinical supports for young adults transitioning into adulthood.

Having lived in Europe for nearly two years at a young age, Randy has a strong passion for the growth experiences that come from GAP Year, domestic and international service and cultural immersion experiences. Randy works behind the scenes in supporting a number of different non-profit organizations that provide these growth experiences to young adults today.

Previously, Randy pioneered Wilderness Adventure Therapy as it is known today and created Aspiro Adventure in Utah and Pure Life in Costa Rica. As the creator and founder of what is known today as one of the most successful Wilderness Adventure Therapy companies, Randy saw the power of families, educational consultants, therapist, in the trenches field guides, boarding schools, and transitional living programs working together to shape and shift the lives of our young people. Randy continues to affect the direction and norms of the industry and the good that it does.
