Semi-Independent Living
In Salt Lake, all of our students live in a sophisticated, modern apartments right in the heart of the city. The downtown location on 400 South places you moments from Trolley Square, The U and anywhere in the city you need to be. Conveniently located on the Utah Trax system, most of our students get around solely using public transportation.
We call our unique approach to housing ‘semi-independent', sober living. Students have the freedom of their own apartment, with the comfort of an on-site staff member, similar to a college RA.
All of the apartments come fully equipped and are well furnished. The building includes access to a pool, hot tub, gym, spin room, yoga studio, mail room, bike storage, bike repair shop, dog grooming station, and private parking.
