Life Coach
Erin Sullivan
Erin grew up in Northern California, which fueled her love of nature’s beauty and exploring new
cities in several western states. She gained her undergraduate degree in Family & Human
Development from Arizona State and moved to Las Vegas to earn her master’s degree in
Marriage & Family Therapy. Erin practiced as a mental health therapist for several years and
moved to Utah in 2021, with the hopes of shifting her knowledge and experiences toward an
alternative life path.
Erin is new to the realm of life coaching but has always been passionate about building and
maintaining connections with other people. Her work and research in the mental health field
made clear that “connection is the cure”, a statement she heard and read many times. As a natural
introvert, Erin understands that making social connections is not always easy, but that building a
community is vital to thriving and experiencing enjoyment in this world.
Erin loves spending time outdoors and investing herself in creative endeavors. Outside of work,
she enjoys discovering new music, drawing, birdwatching, practicing yoga and mindfulness, and
any activity involving being in, on, or near water. She makes annual trips to Arizona – one of her
favorite places – to watch Spring Training baseball games with her family.
